DADU: At least 33 devotees of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar have lost their lives and many others have fallen unconscious due to extreme heat wave in the last two days, the rescue services said on Wednesday.

The 762nd annual Urs celebration of the great mystic soul Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar which began on Tuesday continues at Sehwan in Dadu district of Sindh.

On the eve of second day of Urs, at least 17 more devotees died of the extreme heat in Sehwan town and its surrounding areas.
