HANGU: A suicide bomber rammed an explosives-laden car into the centre of a militant commander in Orakzai Agency bordering Afghanistan, killing at least 12 persons and injuring eight others, security sources said.

The incident took place in Speen Tall, an area between Orakzai and Kurram tribal regions where an explosive-laden vehicle hit the house of local Taliban commander Mullah Nabi Hanfi.

The official said 12 people were killed and eight others were injured.
