ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Minister of State Capital Administration & Development Division Tariq Fazal Chaudhary on Friday told the National Assembly that recently there were no ill-legal society in the capital even the land in the rural areas were also transferred by the registry process.

Replying to question, he said that those societies which had been established in the past would be legalized through legal process adding that CDA with the help of NAB will take action against those if found involved in any ill-legal process of development of new societies.

He said that owners of the land of capital were being paid and added their problems were also being resolved.

Replying to a question he informed the National Assembly that there were two Toll Plaza established in the entrance of Islamabad, includes Golra Morr and Rawat adding that they had been closed in 2013 by the government of PML-N to relief the people of the capital.

The Toll Plaza of Bhara Kahu was not working under the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) adding that was established on the entry of Murree.

Talking about the extension project of poly clinic hospital he told the assembly that ministry of CA&DD had transferred all funds, allocated for the project to CDA for its early completion.

He said that there were many other problems existing in the PIMS and Poly Clinic hospital including land holding by taxi stand, lack of waiting rooms for patients and attendants, which would be resolved soon.

He informed the national assembly that “I have visited these both hospitals and observed many weaknesses including lack of arrangements for cleanliness and the most dangerous plan of re-collecting of used needles and syringes of injections”.

He said “I have changed the old management of PIMS hospital adding that new heads have took over the charge from Friday”.

To ensure the attendance of the doctors, he said that latest bio metric system was being installed in the both hospitals. Tariq Fazal wows to make capitals hospitals modernized very soon.

To replying another question he said that through the Prime Ministers Education Transformation Programme, all public educational institutions of the capital were being made exemplary by providing modern education and with latest security measures.

He rejected the fake news published in the newspapers that Montessori classes of the capital public schools were being transferred to private sector and said that there were not any such agreement.

He said that private sectors schools will only train the staff of newly classes on the base of humanity services.

Replying a question he said that four security cameras were being installed in every public educational institution and added the recruitment of trained security guards was underway to avoid any untoward incident.

He informed that a meeting was held yesterday in the ministry of interior presided over by the Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan to review the security of capitals markets and schools.

He said that Interior minister has offered ministry of CADD for the recruitment the trained security guards of the Frontier Constabulary (FC) adding that we will hire them soon with the help of interior ministry.

The minister of state said that ministry of CADD has transferred 1.80 million (18 Cror) to Pakistan Private Works Department (PWD) for the re-construction of walls of the all capitals public educational institutions and added that barbed wires would also be fixed on these walls.

He informed the assembly that likewise other provinces the federal government has felt need to establish a curriculum wing adding that a building has also been allocated for this wing.

Though this wing he said the issues relating education, curriculum would be resolved and added teachers training programs for the staff of capital schools would also be started in this wing.

The educationist experts would be recruited for this wing aiming at to play an active role in the field of education, he added.
